The woman is rude to customers and I have even heard her speaking rudely to her staff in front of customers...talk about feeling awkward. The man has some obvious need for attention and Ritalin. The music makes me want to take a nap, not shop. The minute you walk in you feel the frigid air of disaster blowing over you. I can't wait for it to go under.
