I'm so sick of it too, especially when I see little kids run in and out of the shit left behind on the sand. It really freaks out parents and blows a beautiful day at the beach when you have to cart along large containers of Wet Ones to constantly wipe excrement off the little one's feet. I think if anyone catches an owner not cleaning up after it's animal poops, then they should grab a mutt mitt, scoop up the poop and hurl it back at the owner, especially when these owners are getting back in the car. Yes, this sounds like a rude gesture vs. rude gesture, but the civilized way of "reminding" the owner that their dog just pooped and did they forget to clean it up? - never seems to work anymore. I’m so sick of it too, especially when I see little kids run in and out of the shit left behind on the sand. It really freaks out parents and blows a beautiful day at the beach when you have to cart along large containers of Wet Ones to constantly wipe excrement off the little one’s feet.
