I have to say I have lived here all my life....but Im with the guy TCO's think they have so much power, and I have never seen them do anything but chalk tires and talk to each other as people are breaking all traffic laws. The chalk that is put on stays on your tires way to long I hate driving around with chalk all on my tires its annoying.

the morons do this all the time in the Waldbaums parking lot in Southampton. They go out the entrance. I drive in the entrance and people expect me to get out of the way so they can go exit out of the designated entrance. Sometimes we are ina modern day standoff and I wait for them to move and go use the actual exit.
